Trying to print something

If I had a dollar for every time a customer rang me that was frustrated with their printer not doing what it was told I would be much better off. We've all been there and know how frustrating it is when the printer won't respond, won't print because one colour has ran out or it starts printing 72 pages instead of the 3 you wanted. Add to this paper jams, ink cartridges not recognized, clogged print nozzles, error messages such as "Ink System Failure", B200 error, B504 error, printhead not installed correctly, the list goes on and on.

I've seen multiple videos of people launching their printers from their balconies, taking to them with a hammer, swinging them around by the chord, running over them in their cars, jumping up and down on them and so on. To be honest years ago I got so frustrated with a printer I had that I picked it up and launched it across the room and sent it crashing against the wall. It didn't fix the problem but it sure felt good.

One of the biggest gripes I hear from customers is that they only want to print in black and white but they can't because one of the colour cartridges is empty. I hear this all the time and I feel your pain but that's just the way an inkjet printer is designed and you can't change it. The biggest issue that I hear is when people go to buy replacement inks and they are more expensive than the printer was to initially buy. That is the reason that I actually started selling printer cartridges as I knew that if I was frustrated then everyone else would feel the same. Anyway enough rambling from me, sit back and watch the following video as I'm sure that you can all relate to it.
