I purchased a large batch of compatible ink cartridges. I was panicking on doing so, as when I previously purchased compatible ink cartridges for my deceased Brother printer, it never worked since, no matter how much help that I received from their Brother support centre.

This printer is an Epson, and I suffered the same issues that I had with the Brother printer. I left a negative review re not risking purchasing compatible cartridges, and Dean called me the next morning to discuss the issues and offered help. I asked if he could send me an email with instructions on how to do a deep clean on an Epson Workforce Pro WF-7840, which he did promptly.
