So glad I found this company. They have saved us a fortune on our printing costs. Had tried these non genuine inks before without success. The manager explained that their cartridges were the very latest microchip version. They were delivered the next day, installed and to my surprise they worked. Included on the invoice was a sticker advising me to turn off the auto firmware updates, which I did. Not only great service but also great advice. Very, very happy customer!
