Why use Canon Compatible Ink Cartridges?
The obvious answer to this question is the huge cost savings. On average a generic Canon Inkjet Cartridge is at least 50% or more cheaper than it's equivalent brand name or OEM cartridge. Due to the nature of the thermal print head used in Canon printers generic cartridges work extremely well with very few issues. As long as the ink used is of the correct viscosity then clogged nozzles are not an issue.
It's no good however saving a few dollars if the cartridges are not going to perform as well as the more expensive brand name ones. At Ink Hub we GUARANTEE that our compatible cartridges will perform to the same standard as the OEM and to back this up we offer a 60 DAY UNCONDITONAL MONEY BACK GUARANTEE.
Will using Your Canon cartridges Void my printers Warranty?
Of course not. A printer manufacturer cannot void your printer warranty just because you use a non genuine cartridge. It frustrates me when people refuse to use a cheaper, non genuine cartridge because they fear that it will destroy their printer. After being in the printer industry for over 10 years I am yet to hear of a single printer being damaged by the use of our Generic cartridges.
In saying the above statement I have heard of many printers being damaged by the use of low grade, poorly made generic cartridges. This is why we stress that if you are going to use compatible cartridges then buy them from a trusted and reputable retailer even if their products are not the cheapest around. Low grade generic cartridges can leak, not fit, clog the print head or even ruin your printer and there are still a great deal of online retailers that are selling low grade rubbish. This is why generic cartridges always carry the stigma of being second rate and why many people still wont use them.
Can you guarantee that your Canon cartridges will work in my printer?
Yes I can. We sell 1000's of Canon cartridges each week and it is very rare to encounter any issues with them. If on the odd occasion a problem occurs then the staff at Ink Hub will solve it for you promptly. As with any man made product there will always be the odd item that can fail. Our failure rate for all of our Canon compatible cartridges is the same as the genuine OEM Canon cartridges. This is a fact with our non genuine cartridges and it has taken us many years of testing and quality control to achieve this high standard.
Why do we recommend Canon Inkjet Printers?
Canon has been a leading manufacturer of printers for many years and they have stood the test of time. Like all modern printers they are made to a budget and you need to realise that a printer is now an item with a limited lifespan. On average most inkjet printers will fail after a couple of years or less depending on the amount of use they get. This is the main reason we stress not to pay more than $100 or so for an inkjet printer as they all use similar printheads which are prone to fail eventually.
So why do we promote the Canon inkjet printers? There are several reasons such as the thermal printhead which doesn't clog easily, they perform faultlessly with Generic Cartridges and they are very easy to use and cheap to purchase. Combine all of these factors and the Canon printers come out on top whichever way you look at it. For more details on recommended printers read our article on the Best Home Printers for 2017.
